1. The service
Anahatam provides a structured digital wellness journey — typically short daily practices, mood check-ins, educational content, and an AI-assisted plan. It is a consumer wellness product.
Anahatam is not a medical device, hospital, clinic, or licensed therapy practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Accounts and guest use
You may start as a guest and later claim that journey with an account. Keep your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that look abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe for the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Probe, scrape, or disrupt the service beyond ordinary use
- Impersonate someone else or create accounts for children
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
- Attempt to extract another person’s data
- Use the product to provide clinical care to others
5. AI features
Plans and chat replies are generated with machine-learning systems. They can be incomplete, generic, or wrong. You decide whether a suggestion is appropriate for you. Do not rely on Anahatam for medical, psychiatric, or crisis decisions.
6. Crisis and emergencies
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Anahatam does not offer emergency response, 24/7 clinical monitoring, or mandatory reporting as a healthcare provider.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Paid features are billed through Razorpay or another processor we name at checkout. Prices, taxes, and renewal intervals are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not always refund the current period. See the Refund Policy.
Workshops and guided programmes we host for individuals or for organisations may sit under a separate booking confirmation or order form. If those terms conflict with these, the booking / order form controls for that engagement.
8. Intellectual property
Anahatam, the site, app, copy, audio, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You keep rights in content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it so the product can function.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Using AI features means relevant text is sent to processors.
10. Availability
We aim for a stable service and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires extra consent.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
